There are 14 villages on Koro Island . Koro Seaview Estates is now called Waisali village or the 15 th village.*The purpose of this handbook is to inform Waisalians how things work in Fiji and enable them to be comfortable and self sufficient in Fiji . Climate

Generally the summer rainy season is Nov to April with temperatures 29-31 degrees Celsius and humidity 80-90% with North West winds more common.

The dry or winter season is from May to October with temperatures 21-25 degrees Celsius and humidity 70-75% with south east trade winds common. Wind can move around with strong gusts and showers.
